Updated Indigo Prophecy Cheats for Xbox and PS2

We were able to get our hands on a couple of useful lists regarding Indigo Prophecy on the PS2 and Xbox and have added them to their respective cheat pages. Specifically, the lists detail the known locations of extra lives and tarot cards within the game.
