State of Emergency 2 Cheat Codes - PS2

If I could find a cheat code that would unlock free gas in New Jersey, maybe they wouldn't have to consider going into a state of emergency this summer season. OK - bad joke. However, this code for State of Emergency 2 on the PlayStation 2 console will unlock everything in the game. Ermm... except gas!
