The Sims 2: Pets Money Cheat for PS2
Gamers playing the PC version of The Sims 2: Pets have had a money cheat from the day the game was released. But it wasn't until recently that it was discovered that the PS2 version also has a money cheat built in. I have to say, I think this is perhaps the longest amount of time it took for a Sims cheat to be discovered. Special thanks to Barbara H. for e-mailing me the details. There are a couple of steps to get the cheat to work, but it is painless.
Basically, the Money Cheat is the same as the Advance 6 Hours Cheat. After you input the cheat to advance time, select the gnome, then cancel the selection and re-enter the cheat. Bam! Both cheats are now available in the cheat gnome. The cheat codes are listed here:

every time i try to enter the money code for this game, it wouldnt enter it. it would only delete it from the gnome. i tried the directions and it still wont work…maybe im doing something wrong?
just liek the problem kayla has am i doing something wrong because when i put the cheat code in then cancel the selection it just doesnt work

every time i tried the cheat thing its dose nothing xP
I tried to follow the instructions correctly, and after a while the cheat did work. What I did was to keep inputting the 6hours cheat loads of times, and adventually the give money cheat did come up. If you cant do the cheat the first time try again!
There are two cheats that don’t work for me ! The one to get money the easy way and the one to upgrade the town square fully . All the rest work !
here are some cheats i can guarentree work as i use these codes all of the time to activate the gnome it is L1,L1,R1,X,X,UP that is definatly the one the money cheat is: click pause next to the gnome triangle,up,left,down,right
and the pet points cheat is triangle,circle,x,square,L1,R1 hope i have helped
There is a lot of so called “money cheats” but this one is the real deal, It worked for me so it should for you to. Okay the cheat is Triangle, Up, Left, Down, Right. Only enter the cheat in once and in 5 seconds or less.
Cheat gnome cheat is L1, L1, R1, X, X, Up.It should be Near the sidewalk. does any one know how to get a wolf to come to your house?
hey guys Diamond is right. he may look like he is joking but he is right. first you have to go into a catogory so when you type triangle you won’t exit out of the pause menu. anyway, all you do is enter: Triangle, up,left,down,right. hope i helped.

None of the cheats work its just a whole load of bull.. money cheat.. nope! gnome cheat.. nope!! pet points cheat.. NOPE!! all these people con you in. they dont work at all..
cheat gnome PS2: L1, L1, R1, X, X, UP
ok so here it is as it worked for me…
L1,L1,R1,X,X,UP – near house or near pet’s shops in center should be blue little gnome. near this gnome enter first:
UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, R1 – +6 hours
Triangle, circle, square L1, R1 – 10 000 pets point
Triangle, Up, Left, Down, Right – 10 000 simleons…
point is that you must first enter +6 hours then 10 000 pet’s point and at the end 10 000 simleons. You must also hurry in cheating, you have something about 2 sec each cheat to enter.

I almost forogt. You type + 6 hours etc. in gnome itslef, so you select it and choose options
The Cheat Gnome (enter during gameplay)
Cheat code: L1, L1, R1, X, X, D-pad Up.
This will activate the cheat gnome in The Sims 2: Pets on PlayStation 2.
Give Sim Pet Points
Cheat code: Triangle, Circle, X, Square, L1, R1
Note: This activates an option on the cheat gnome.
Upgrade Pet Emporium
Cheat code: Right, Down, Right, Up, Right, Down, Right, Up
Note: This will fully upgrade the Pet Emporium in Town Square.
Advance Time 6 Hours
Cheat code: Up, Left, Down, Right, R1
(this unlocks the option to advance time 6 hours on the cheat gnome)
Give 10,000 Simoleons
Cheat code: Up, Left, Down, Right, Circle

I try entering the cheat and it wouldn’t work. In the Sims 2 when you enter a cheat, a girl’s sigh confirms it.

i know the real money cheat hold triangle and press up left down right and go to the knome and it will say give sim simoelones i did this and ive got 999.999 simelones
If you want money get your friendship level up to 100 then kick them out then invite them back in and they give you 20,000 dollors it always works for me.
