Lost Planet was the one demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace that really caught my eye early last year. Now that Lost Planet: Extreme Condition has been released on the Xbox 360 video game console I'm happy to report that the game is as much fun as the demo (and the multiplayer is better than the multiplayer demo, thankfully). One tip for players out there, don't select the easy gameplay mode, its way too easy.

Lost Planet is a game that will definitely take you away from Gears of War, Halo 2, and GRAW for a short period of time, but you'll soon return to the tried and true once the game is completed, less than twelve hours. Another thing I noticed while playing is that most of the achievements are listed as secret in the Xbox 360 dashboard, but I have a list of almost all of them here: Lost Planet Achievements. I'm still missing two of them, so if you know what they are shoot me an email and I'll add them in to the list.

The other two achievements are extreme soldier and master pioneer. To get extreme soldier you have to beat the game on extreme difficulty, and for master pioneer you have to get all the target marks on every difficulty.
