With the upcoming release of The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, the official expansion to Oblivion, it seems more and more gamers are revisiting Oblivion and removing the virtual dust from their characters. I can generally tell by the number of emails I receive regarding the game, which are increasing week by week. One of the most frequently asked questions about the game is how to cure vampirism. I posted a Vampire FAQ a couple of months ago, courtesy of Josh Warren, which details the steps to cure the infliction by completing a quest. Turns out some Oblivion gamers have a quicker method, at least for the PC version. Kjell Divartis sent over the specifics on how to cure vampirism via the cheat console. Also turns out, as Ryan S. was quick to point out, that I was missing a couple of Oblivion console commands. Of course, I've updated the page to include the missing few.
