Alright, I have to admit I have been under quite a but of stress over the past few weeks. In the past I have touted the benefits of video games to relieve stress (see here and here) even as far back as when I was writing for Xbox.com I said this. For the most part however, studies that have proven this have been geared towards casual games.

Why? Well, think about it, how would it look if an official study came out and said that picking up a game and mowing down countless people with a machine gun is actually good for you? Not many people would be quick to jump on that band wagon. But let me give you some personal advice, it helps! So go ahead, pick yourself up a copy of The Club (read The Club review) and have at it, you'll feel better at the end of the day. There aren't really any cheats for The Club, but you can gain some achievements along the way, they're listed on The Club Cheats page, linked below, enjoy.

Ya well not me. if im not god at a video game i feel like killing myself. i got this game at 8pm. now its 2:54 am. i play on insane mode but i cant win. so i tried going back to reckless (which destroyed my self esteem) and it was the same difficulty because there was less enemies so i couldn’t get my meter thing that high. what i need is a therapist.
