Mass Effect Cheats - PC

PC owners of the video game Mass Effect are in luck, since there are actually cheats for this version of the game (the Xbox 360 Mass Effect only has unlockables and achievements). There is one small drawback to this however, since in order to use the cheats you need to manually edit one of the game's files.

Editing game files really isn't that intimidating, the main thing to keep in mind (and not forget) is to make a backup of any file you plan on modifying, before you make any changes to it.
