Rockstar Games Announces Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned

I just got word from the folks over at Rockstar Games that the first of two episodes of downloadable content for Grand Theft Auto IV will become available exclusively via Xbox Live. Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned will be available for download in mid-February (Feb. 17th, 2009) - no pricing details have been announced as of yet.

According to the press release this new content features "a new main character and plot that intersects with the storyline of Grand Theft Auto IV; new missions that offer an entirely fresh way to explore Liberty City with new multiplayer modes, weapons and vehicles; and a diverse soundtrack with additional music..."

So GTA fans (at least those who play it on the Xbox 360) have something to look forward to in the new year. Wonder what they have in store for those near and dear to their PlayStation consoles???
