I am able to bring the cell phne out, however it will not allow me to dial a number.
It gives me only two choices, either to access Video and or Games Player.

You gotta press up twice to first bring the cellphone out and then to bring the keypad out.

Sy u must complete the mission where roman gives you the actual phone. you can’t cheat until then (you can play multiplayer or have a if its pc version edit your video)
In gta 4 Cheats r very less comapared to vice city and san andreas.. Also less stuff compared to last games

You there, There IS OF COURSE single player mode, actually it’s default. The game only encourages you to play multiplayer, wich I haven’t even tried.
But I did think about those same things when I first installed the game..

i bring cell phone up and i cant dial number after doing 2nd mission and im having probs with 2nd mission it tells me to take Roman to the hardware store in GTA4 i cant see yellow line but i have uninstalled it. it takes 3hours to install it with duelcore 2 2.4ghz processor 512mb graphics card

if you’re using windows xp you need 1 gb of ram and a video card in you’re computer (laptop if you find where to put it in)]for windows vista you need 1.5gb of ram and a video card computer or laptop. the ram helps the frams go you can buy on online or if you know a computer shop go there and ask for it video card is something that helps you’re computer or laptop put the image on big games.

Your system is a bit slow to play GTA4… I have an AMD 3.2Gig triple core processor, 4 Gig of DDR3 Ram, 1 Gig DDR3 ATI Graphics card and the game plays sweet on full settings!
Also all of my system is Direct X 11.

Ownder guy, you should really stfu when you have (obviously) not a modicum of understanding about what makes or breaks a performance system.
For starters, there is no such THING as overkill when it comes to RAM (unless youre using 32 bit windows where it will only page 2 gigabytes). Maybe you need some schooling so let me explain, the more RAM you have, the better off you are as the computer doesnt need to page large volumes of data to disk, instead it pages it back and forth to the MUCH faster RAM.
Secondly, reapers setup is fantastic. Dual 280′s in SLI mode (again I think you made need some schooling) means that one of his graphics cards are handling the physics processing of the game while the other is dedicated to rendering and buffering.
Thirdly why the hell would you even begin to associate his CPU with the amount of his physical RAM? They’re about as associated (in this venue) as you’re (apparent IQ) is to your ability to pick up a gamepad and play something.
My humble request is that you forget ANYTHING at all you ever knew about attempting to have a cohesive conversation in (what seems to be) anything other than your primary language and never speak again.

I think this game is amazing. The texture quality, the tinting, shading, the graphics are far superior to San Andreas. I am running this on an Intel i7 950 (8 cpu’s @ 3.1Ghz) with 9GB Ram, and a 1GB GTX 285 GPU and it runs quite well. I can max everything out and barely get my fans on. The only downfall for this game is that you pretty much have to have a super computer to run it smoothly. 3 hour install? Should take 10-30 minutes.. Took me 15.
Grand Theft Auto (GTA) IV one of the best games of the series. But the question is: Is it the best of the series. I don’t think so san andreas still beats it. It is realistic and very interesting. There are many misions. The police is very realistic, cars cash are realistic and there is internet in the game. I played this game for a while then stopped playing it after completing all the missions.
if you want to dial the numbers you have to complete ‘it’s your call’ mission.

after the 2nd mission u can dial the cheat codes For dialing the cheat codes u must press the upward arrow mark 2 times then dial the cheat code…..
