It took a long time for the PC version of the game to hit store shelves, but Grand Theft Auto IV for the PC is finally here — and so are the cheats. I am able to bring the cell phne out, however it will not allow me to dial a number.
It gives me only two choices, either to access Video and or Games Player.
Please Help.
You gotta press up twice to first bring the cellphone out and then to bring the keypad out.

you need to do the first mission to unlock the cell phone=] then save so u dont lose it
then u can dial
Sy u must complete the mission where roman gives you the actual phone. you can’t cheat until then (you can play multiplayer or have a if its pc version edit your video)
In gta 4 Cheats r very less comapared to vice city and san andreas.. Also less stuff compared to last games

You there, There IS OF COURSE single player mode, actually it’s default. The game only encourages you to play multiplayer, wich I haven’t even tried.
But I did think about those same things when I first installed the game..
i bring cell phone up and i cant dial number after doing 2nd mission and im having probs with 2nd mission it tells me to take Roman to the hardware store in GTA4 i cant see yellow line but i have uninstalled it. it takes 3hours to install it with duelcore 2 2.4ghz processor 512mb graphics card

if you’re using windows xp you need 1 gb of ram and a video card in you’re computer (laptop if you find where to put it in)]for windows vista you need 1.5gb of ram and a video card computer or laptop. the ram helps the frams go you can buy on online or if you know a computer shop go there and ask for it video card is something that helps you’re computer or laptop put the image on big games.
i have the gta 4 but the player keeps getting dizzy, and the screen starts moving. if anyone has a solution plz contact me on my email.

I have amd phenom 9550+,2.6 ghz ,4 gb ram,512 mb nvidia graphics card. But i play game very slow why?
can gta 4 will work on my dell inspiron 1525 laptop?? its has a 2 gb ram. dual core.. windows vista basic…. something around 385 graph card…
