Wrap-up on the Seven Hottest Games from EA for the New Year
So EA may gain some ground here, since I personally think five of these titles will be hot ones. Here are the ones I suggest you keep your eye out for, with a one phrase reason why. Remember, this is only from EA, not other publishers, there are plenty of other great games coming.
- Burnout Paradise - GET IT - the most impressive open world racer I've seen, making up for the setbacks gamers are getting with NFS ProStreet (sorry NFS, I still love you).
- Army of Two - GET IT - co-op style game play, excellent graphics engine, smart AI, cool physics.
- Mercenaries 2: World in Flames - GET IT - sandbox combination of Crackdown and GTA, what's not to love?
- Battlefield: Bad Company - Consider It - destructible environments make single player worth looking at, in addition to a proven multi player experience.
- Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath - Consider It if you enjoy RTS - its like RTS heaven, well, almost, look for it if you enjoy real time strategy games.
- Rail Simulator - Forget It - this will only interest you if you like simulators, or you work for the railroad.
