Stunt Driver - 20 gamerscore points.
Successfully execute five car stunts - front & back flips, barrel rolls, a long jump.
Tip: You'll get the Stunt Driver achievement pretty easy once you have your driving up to level 4. There are a couple places to do these stunts, the best ones are in Los Muertos - once on the beach and another in a rocky area next to the beach where the rocks look and act like half-pikes. For clarification, you need to perform a back flip, a front flip, a right barrel roll, a left barrel roll, and a long jump. I'm not sure how long a 'long jump' is, but you'll get that one without trying at level 4.
Tag Teamer - 40 gamerscore points.
Partner up and complete every mission in Co-op mode.
Tip: Getting the Tag Teamer achievement is simple if you have Xbox Live. Just team up with a friend to complete all of the missions with them. If you and your friend have both completed the game, then doing the time trials to complete each of the bosses will also pop the achievement.
Take Me To Your Supply Point - 10 gamerscore points.
Unlock your first Supply Point.
Tip: Since unlocking supply points within the game is a basic for the game, getting the Take Me To Your Supply Point achievement will more than likely be one of the first achievements you earn, just by playing.
The Trifecta - 50 gamerscore points.
Wipe the city clean by taking out all members of all three gangs.
Tip: Not much of an explanation needed here, once you complete the game and eliminate all of the gang members you will get The Trifecta achievement.
Timed Stunt Driver - 20 gamerscore points.
Execute six car stunts in 60 seconds.
Tip: The best place to get six car stunts done within 60 seconds to unlock the Timed Stunt Driver achievement is the one boss area in Los Muertos where there is an indoor ramp area - specifically designed for car stunts. Don't try this until you have cleared the area out and it is under the guard of the peacekeepers. It should be a piece of cake with the Agency SUV, since you have precise control over it at higher driving skill levels.
Untouchable Agent - 15 gamerscore points.
Kill 200 gang members without dying yourself.
Tip: Getting the Untouchable Agent achievement sounds harder than it really is, it actually popped for me without even trying. Just be careful as you take out the enemies, taking cover when needed to refill your armor and heath, and use the supply points as much as needed when you begin to run low on ammunition.
Volk Cleanser - 40 gamerscore points.
Eviscerate the Volk - Take out all Volk gang members.
Tip: The Volk Cleanser achievement will be earned once you have eliminated all bosses in Volk, and performed the final battle, indicated by a star on the map. Have fun.
Volk Intel Master - 10 gamerscore points.
Locate all Volk dossier targets.
Tip: It should be second nature by now, but the Volk Intel Master achievement will be earned by discovering the locations of all of the Volk bosses. Simply scavenging the area will earn you this one.

As you know, the full list of achievements was not made available on the release of the game, and future achievements will become available via an updated version of the game, through a downloadable update on Xbox Live. Once there are new achievements for Crackdown, they will be added to the list.
