There are a ton of Oblivion cheat codes available. Below is an inclusive list. Use any of the cheat codes in-game by entering them into the console. Call up the console by pressing the tilde (~) key. In some cases, you might need to select the character or object you want to use the cheat on with the mouse while the console is open. Words within brackets are not part of the cheat code and are generally replaced with a string of numbers or a piece of code.

player.removeitem [itemcode] "#" Removes an Item from your inventory.
player.addspell [spell code] Add a spell to your character's spell list.
player.removespell [spell code] Remove a spell to your character's spell list.
psb Gives you all spells.
ShowSpellMaking Shows the spell making screen.
ShowEnchantment Shows the enchantment screen.
advlevel Forces your character to level up.
advskill [skill] Forces the named skill to level up.
caqs Completes all quest stages.
completeallqueststages Completes all quest stages.
hairtint [red] [green] [blue] Sets your character's hair to the indicated color.
help Lists all console commands.
kill Kills the selected NPC
killall Kills all non-quest related NPCs
lock [1-100] Locks selected door or container at indicated lock level
modpca [attribute], [number] Adds the specified amount of points to indicated attribute.
modpcs [skill], [number] Adds the specified amount of points to indicated skill.
movetoqt Moves you to the current quest target.
player.additem [item code] 1 Spawns indicated item.
player.coc [destination name] Teleports you to the specified destination.
SetWeather [weatherid], or SW [weatherid] Sets the weather.
player.setav [stat] [number (1-255)] Add indicated amount of points to specified stat.
player.setlevel [1-255] Sets your player level.
pov [number] Sets the point of view angle (default is 75).
ResetHealth Resets your health to full.
qqq Quits the game immediately.
resurrect Revives the target.
savegame [filename] Saves the game.
setcamerafov [degrees] Sets camera field of view in degrees (default is 75).
setfog [start] [end] Sets fog start and end depths.
setpcfame Sets character's fame.
showclassmenu Changes your class.
showfullquestlog [quest id] Shows all log entries for indicated quest.
showquestlog Shows the quest log.
showquestlog 0 Shows the current quest log.
showquestlog 1 Shows the completed quest log.
showquesttargets Shows current quest targets.
showracemenu Shows Name, Race, Appearance selection screen.
showsubtitle Toggles NPC conversation subtitles.
