Unlock All Cooperative (co-op) Missions
At the main menu hold down L+R, and press X, X, X, X, X, Y, Y, Y, Y, Y.
Open Elite Mode
Successfully complete the game. In Elite mode you start the game with just a knife and unloaded weapons and have to use the ammunition you find.
