Use the Cheat Console to Cure Vampirism
If you have become a vampire in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and do not wish to take on the rather tedious task of completing the quest to remove vampirism you basically have two choices. One, you can use the additem code to add a potion to your inventory, drink it, and be done. Or, since this sometimes will not work, you can use a set of console commends to remove the effects of vampirism completely. If you need to cure vampirism in Oblivion on the Xbox 360 then you need to read this Vampire FAQ.
Drink the Potion to Cure Vampirism
Enter the following command into the cheat console, then look in your inventory for the new potion, drink it and your Vampire days are over.
Code: player.additem 977E4 1
Use Console Commands to Remove Vampirism
Alternatively, you can use this set of commands to remove vampirism in Oblivion. This is sometimes required if there are glitches that do not allow the potion to remove the vampirism from you. Enter this set of Oblivion codes to fully remove vampirism.
set pcvampire to -1
player.setfactionrank playervampirefaction -1
If your vampirism isn't gone after that, I'm not sure what to tell you. Special thanks to Kjell Divartis for sending the specific codes.
