Cheats for OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast on the PC are entered as a name when entering a license. However, instead of confirming the changes by pressing done, you would simply hit the escape button after entering the name. Here are the codes:
Get 100% Completion
Cheat code: ENTIRETY
Get 1,000,000 OutRun Miles
Cheat code: MILESANDMILES
