Ah love. It drives one to do silly and amazing things especially in World of Warcraft. Especially of the farming kind. This event used to be quite cruel with the heart. It used to require a player to flirt with city guards to gain a bracelet and the guard could say yes give a bracelet or say no and other players had to remove the heartbroken debuff annnd….
The current version of Love is in the Air is way less tedious. Farming and essentially doing it will not drive on to curse said holiday. Certain painful to get items like the Peddlefeet pet and the black dress are way easier to get. Thank you Blizzard. The event still requires some work though.

There are a few dailies involving giving out samples and one unlocked from the quest line itself. Initially three quests involving giving out samples are available. Over the course of doing the Crown Chemical Co. quest line two more dailies are unlocked a level appropriate on and a high level quest to take on a seasonal boss.
How to Gain Love Tokens
The Lovely Vendor has most of the items needed to do most of the available achievements. But like most holidays, the currency is not gold. Instead they are love tokens. But the vender only trades those for lovely charms bracelets. Many of the season quests give love tokens but there are only so many you can get in a day this way. The easiest way to get tokens is to simply purchase a lovely charm collector's kit.
Farming for Lovely Charms
This kit makes it so experience gaining mobs or honor granting players automatically drop a lovely charm into your bags. Basically for doing dailies that require killing mobs, doing battle grounds, or just simply doing what you normally do while carrying the box in your inventory allows you to stock up on lovely charms. Ten of them combine into a lovely charm bracelet. Turn these bracelets in for love tokens.
Just keep in mind that you have only but so much bag space!
