Atlantis: Disco Mode
Score at least 30,000 points in the game.
Barnstorming Commercial
Get a time of less than 34 seconds on game 1.

Score 2,500 points on game 8.

Score more than 70 in a match to defeat the CPU.

Get a time of less than 55 seconds on game 3.

Score at least 4,000 points.

First, beat the game on Normal with S ranks in all missions for the gray X-02. Do the same on Hard for the black X-02, and the same on Expert for the white X-02.
Grand Prix Commercial
Get a time under 45 seconds in game 1.
Grand Prix Patch
Get a time under 2:30 in game 4, under 1:30 in game 3, under 1:00 in game 2, or under 0:35 in game 1.

Score at least 75,000 points.
Kabobber Commercial
Score at least 10,000 points.

Secret Modes
Get Secret modes by defeating the game. Finish the game in any difficulty to acquire Special Continue, Trial missions, FMV sequences, 36 music tracks from the game, and the ability to change the color of your aircraft.
Skiing
Win game 1 with a time under 35 seconds.
Stampede
Score at least 1,000 points in game 3.
StarMaster
Unlocked when the timer reaches 300 seconds on the Ensign level.
Tennis
Win 6 games (1 match) against the CPU.
Unlock All Aircraft
Complete the game on normal and get an S rank for every mission to unlock all the aircraft, including the X-02 Multirole fighter, which is perfect for just about any mission.
A-10
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace north of the enemy airbase.
Ace Difficulty
Beat the game under Expert difficulty.
All Aircraft
Complete the game on Normal and get an "S" rank for every mission to unlock all aircraft.
EF-2000
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace in the center of the map when the mission starts (between the two southern combat zones).
Expert Difficulty
Beat the game under Hard difficulty.
F-117
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace located northwest of the westernmost combat zone. (Due to stealth it's sometimes hard to find; head two grids north and one grid west.)
F-14
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace north of the north group of enemies on the map.
F-15A
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace located in the far northwestern corner of the maSquare, past the city.
F-15C
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace north of the center beach combat area.
F-15E
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, after clearing the radar balloons, shoot down the ace in the northeast.
F-16
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace south of the second radar station.
F-18
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace. After refueling during the mission the ace appears to the east of the main combat area.
F-2
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace north of the gun base.
F-22
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace in the northeast of the map.
F-4
Available after completing hard mode: to unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace. He won't show up until you get close. He is red on the radar.
F-5
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace north of the allied airbase.
Get All Three X-02s
First, beat the game on Hard with "S" ranks in all missions for the gray X-02. Do the same on Expert for the black X-02, and the same on Ace for the white X-02.
MIG-29
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace south of the west pump station.
S-37
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace located north of megalith.
Secret Modes
Get secret modes by defeating the game. Finish the game in any difficulty to get Special Continue, Trial missions, FMV sequences, 36 songs from the game, and the ability to change the color of your aircraft.
SR-71
Shoot down the plane that you are targeting at the beginning of Shattered Skies. AlsCircle, it is in the southwestern most corner in Whiskey Corridor.
SU-35
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace that appears with about 90 seconds left during this mission.
TND-IDS
To unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace north of the solar tower.
X-02
Available after completing expert mode: to unlock the alternate colors for the plane, shoot down the ace. He won't show up until you get close. He is red on the radar.
