The following items can be unlocked in Madden NFL 2004 on the PS2 video game console.
Items are unlocked by reaching certain levels in your EA Sports Bio. Here is what is unlocked and the levels that they will unlock at:
1988 San Franciso 49ers will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 35.
1990 Eagles Team will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 4.
Aloha Stadium will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches Level 31.
Bingo Cheat will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 2.
EA Sports Stadium will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 50.
Preist Holmes will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 9.
Ray Lewis will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 3.
Ricky Williams will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 27.
Steve Spurrier Coach will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 6.
Super Bowl 38 Card will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 12.
Tiburon Complex Stadium will be unlocked when your EA Sports Bio reaches level 29.
