Different Title Screen
Really all you need to do is complete the game and watch while the title screen will not change to blue.
Play on the Extreme Level Setting
If you beat the game on any setting and restart a new game the options will not have a new difficulty level to choose marked extreme.
Unlimited Ammo
This one is a bit more difficult since you need to not only complete the game but also a few things as well. Here is how to get this feature. First find all the dog tags and successfully complete the game and then save it. Now start a new game with the memory card that has the saved game in the memory slot. If you completed the game right you will have the wig in your items. All you need to do is equip the wig. Whenever you have it on you will never run out of ammo.
