Soul Calibur III is considered one of the best fighting games made for the PS2 console. While the are only a few cheat codes for Soul Calibur III, there are dozens of hidden characters, stages, other secrets to unlock.

These cheats are exclusively for Soul Calibur III on PlayStation 2.

Soul Calibur 3 Cheat Code for Custom Costumes

When selecting your character, choose any weapon, then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 as the screen turns black to unlock more color options for your outfit.

This cheat doesn't work for all costumes.

How to See the Japanese Voice Actors

Set the language to Japanese in the sound options menu, then go to the character profiles. Select the Voice option for a character and press L1, L2, R1, or R2 to display different bows along with the Japanese voice actor's name.

New Game Plus in Soul Calibur 3

Successfully complete Chronicles of The Sword mode and save your game. The cleared saved game file will appear with a blue unicorn icon. Load it to start a new game at your previous experience level.

Tutorial Mode Weapons

Successfully complete all training sessions in tutorial mode to unlock a weapon for that character. The weapon will be added to your inventory once you end tutorial mode.

This can be repeated as many times as desired for all characters except custom and bonus characters.
