Cheat Codes
The following cheat codes are available for Guitar Hero: Smash Hits on the PlayStation 3 (PS3) video game console.
Cheats for Guitar Hero: Smash Hits are entered within the game's Cheats menu.
From the Main Menu select Options, Cheats, and Enter New Cheat. Then enter one of the following codes to activate the cheat. A message will appear to confirm correct code entry.
Hyperspeed Cheat
Cheat code: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Green, Yellow, Red, Red.
Always Drum Fill Cheat
Cheat code: Green, Green, Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Yellow, Yellow.
Always Slide Cheat
Cheat code: Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Green, Green, Yellow.
Note: The use of this code will disable your ability to earn achievements.
Invisible Rocker Cheat
Cheat code: Blue, Red, Red, Red, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green
Air Instruments Cheat
Cheat code: Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, Red, Red.
Line 6 Effects Cheat
Cheat code: Green, Red, Yellow, Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green.
Star Color Cheat
Cheat code: Green, Red, Green, Yellow, Green, Blue, Yellow, Red.
Vocal Fireball Cheat
Cheat code: Green, Blue, Red, Red, Yellow, Yellow, Blue, Blue.

The following trophies can be unlocked in Gutar Hero: Smash Hits on the PS3 console. To unlock a trophy simply complete the indicated task. The list below shows the trophy name, how to unlock it, and if it is a bronze, silver, gold, or platinum trophy.
Amazing Rockstar (gold trophy)
Complete single player Expert Career on all instruments.
Artist On The Rise (bronze trophy)
Create a new custom Band logo.
Band Leader (bronze trophy)
Score the highest individual score in a 4 players Band.
Bark At The Moon (bronze trophy)
Complete the Career as the Vocalist.
Clash Of The Titans (bronze trophy)
Win a Band vs. Band match (8 players).
Complete! (platinum trophy)
Earn all of the Bronze, Silver and Gold Trophies.
Cowboys From Hell (silver trophy)
Get 100% on a song as a Band (4 players).
Craving For More (bronze trophy)
Download a song from GHTunes(SM).
Deadzone (bronze trophy)
Fail a song with available Star Power in single player.
Face To Face (bronze trophy)
Win an online Pro Face-Off match.
Glory to the Daring (bronze trophy)
Play a song in the Atlantis venue.
Golden Fingers (bronze trophy)
Perform as the Guitarist.
I Wanna Rock (bronze trophy)
Complete a song with any instrument on any difficulty in local Quickplay or Career.
Ink And Blood (bronze trophy)
Create a custom tattoo.
Jaw Dropper (bronze trophy)
Win an online Face-Off match by 25,000 points or more.
Killing In The Name (silver trophy)
Win 50 online matches.
Low-Pitched King (bronze trophy)
Complete the Career as the Bassist.
Master Craftsman (bronze trophy)
Create a new custom instrument.
Masterpiece (bronze trophy)
Create a new custom rocker.
Mooned (bronze trophy)
Perform as the Drummer.
One For All (bronze trophy)
Complete a song in a Band (4 players).
Play With Me (bronze trophy)
Play 20 online matches.
Promising Diva (bronze trophy)
Perform as the Vocalist.
Rock Legends (silver trophy)
Complete the Career in a Band (2-4 players).
Rock Veteran (bronze trophy)
Play 150 songs throughout your entire Career.
Rocker's Guide To Godhood (bronze trophy)
Complete the Career Tutorial.
Smoking!!! (bronze trophy)
Complete the song Smoke On The Water as a Vocalist.
The Greatest Crew (bronze trophy)
Complete a song with all Band members on Expert (4 player Band).
The Greatest Journey In History (bronze trophy)
Complete a song in every venue.
The One Man Band (silver trophy)
Complete all four instrument careers on any difficulty.
There's Hope! (bronze trophy)
Recover from a poor performance.
Thunder Kissing (bronze trophy)
Trigger Star Power simultaneously (4 player Band).
Unnoticed Presence (bronze trophy)
Perform as the Bassist.
Unyielding (bronze trophy)
Complete the Career as the Drummer.
War Apparatus (bronze trophy)
Complete a song on Expert + (Drums only).
Wondrous Strummer (bronze trophy)
Complete the Career as the Guitarist.
You Cannot Beat Me (bronze trophy)
Win an online Pro Face-Off match by 25,000 points or more.
You Should Be Afraid (bronze trophy)
Win an online Face-Off match.
