The following cheats and codes are available for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on the PlayStation 3 video game console.
With the exception of iPod songs, the cheats require that you complete the game at least once in order to activate.
To enter a cheat code go to the Extras screen under Password and enter one or more of the following codes. When you begin a new game, or load a saved game the items will be available.
