Unlock All Bonuses

At the Main Menu, press Left, Right, L1, R1, Circle, Square, R2, L2. This unlocks all bonuses.

Unlock All Missions

To unlock all missions, enter the following button presses at the main menu: Down, Up, Left, Right, X, Triangle, Circle, Square.

Unlock All Starting Locations (Patrol Mode)

To open all starting locations in patrol mode, push the following buttons at the main menu: Down, Up, L2, L1, Cross, Triangle, R2, R1.

Unlock Everything

At the main menu, press Left, Right, L1, R1, Circle, Square, R2, L2. If you enter the code correctly, you hear a meow. This unlocks all weapons in Free Patrol and all other cars and extras in the Bonus Items screen of the Options menu.
