Unlimited Sand
Sometimes when you reach a save point there will be a vase with an extra sand slot. Destroy the vase and get the sand, then save the game and kill yourself in any manner you see fit (ledges work well).
When you resume the game, you can destroy the vase again, and repeat the process as many times as you like.
One-Hit Ninja Kills
Killing a ninja can sometime be difficult, but it is easy once you get the hang of it. If you duel-wield daggers, or dagger type weapons and use combo attacks while they are not blocking they can go down quickly. After their guard is down quickly press Triangle, Circle, Circle for an instant kill.
Enemies Hate Ledges
OK, enemies don't like the ledges, that is, when you are tossing them off of them! When near a ledge encounter an enemy and press Triangle to get behind them, then quickly press Triangle again to throw them either in front or behond you. Depending on how you aim, this can be an effective way to take out an enemy without enduring any damage of your own. This will not work on all enemies, especially boss battles.
Curtain Slash Glitch
If you slide down a curtain it will make a slash in the middle of it, however, if you rewind time just before doing so, the slash will be there (before you effectively cut it).
