Change the Title Screen
Once you have beaten the game the title screen will change to a night theme.
Secret Levels
There are six bonus games which can be unlocked, finishing a level with a 100 will unlock the bonus level. The following levels can be unlocked in this manner.
World 1: Flip Cards
World 2: Scratch 'n' Match
World 3: Drawing Lots
World 4: Match Cards
World 5: Roulette
World 6: Slot Machine
World 1-7 Infinite Lives Trick
In this world (Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy) you will see certain enemies near the beginning which don't seem to have a purpose, simply standing there and occasionally jumping or turning into a ball. You can use these characters to gain up to 999 lives.
Grab one of these characters and run to the right until you see a pipe that continues to spawn Shy Guys. Spit the character out in the small area between the pipe and the wall. Now, when a Shy Guy comes out he will kill himself by hitting that character.
Eventually you will gain an extra life for every Shy Guy that dies, so stick around until you have as many lives as you want.
