Burnout Revenge Clip Glitch
Earning celebrity status in Burnout Revenge seems impossible, but there is a glitch (so to speak) that allows just about anyone to get in the Top 20 clips, which will award you with the Celebrity Status . It's a cheap way to get an simple 65 gamerscore points, but here goes.
This will require more than one gamer to complete, so grab a friend and cheat the system.
- Save a clip and share it on-line.
- Check the Top 20 clips to see how many downloads you need to get on the list.
(The EA servers dump the top 20, at least in part, on a daily basis, so getting to the top 20 will only take about 20 downloads) - Have a friend save the clip, but press B at the hard drive selection screen to cancel the save.
- Even though you cancelled the download it still registers as a download, go to the dashboard so the game resets.
- Log back on and download again, and cancel as you did before.
- Go to the dash to log off the game, and repeat this process until your friend is in the Top 20.
- Once in the Top 20 just go to Burnout Clips, view the Top 20, and receive your achievement.
