Experience Glitches
There are at least two experience glitches in Fable 2 that will allow your character to gain experience easily. I have not tested these personally so if you have additional information please let me know.
Unpatched Experience Glitch
Go into Browerstone Market and on into Town Square, walk on the right hand side of the buildings and down an alley until you find a house known as Monstor Manor. Sleep in this house to gain the +1 Physique benefit. Once you have gained the benefit go into your abilities list and unlearn it, the bonus star from the house does not disappear but you are still given the experience. This can be repeated as many times as you like and the XP applied to any skill as it is general experience.

Experience Glitch
Begin a co-op game using a second profile but without logging in to a second profile. Use the second controller to discard all of your henchman's abilities, which will return them to the pool. All experience should be transferred to your hero when the second character quits the game. This is best done once leveled up some as there will be more experience to work with, more to sell off, etc.
