Falcon - Shoot Down 100 Helicopter
Believe it or not, I've had people email me wondering why they have shot more than 100 drones and not been given this achievement. Need I say more? Drones are not what we are tracking here, it's helicopters! But where are the helicopters in GRAW?
Set-up a Team Territory match, with the Hamburger Hill game type, any map will do. To easily describe it I'll use the map ' Nowhere .' This can be done locally or on Xbox Live. When you spawn on the map you'll be near your base, head towards A, both players.
When a player enters A, a helicopter from the opposing team will lift up from near their base, now the other person can blast it down. The best way to do this is to use the M107 sniper rifle with armor piercing bullets. It only takes about 3 to 5 shots to shoot it down.
Once the helicopter blows up the person in territory A just needs to exit and re-enter, then another helicopter will take off. Repeat, lather, and rinse. If you happen to run out of ammo, toss a grenade at your feet to re spawn with full ammunition. Once you get the timing right you can shoot 100 helicopters down in about 30 - 40 minutes.
Note: The person spawning the helicopter (in A territory) must remain in the territory until the other player kills the helicopter. Leaving the area will make the helicopter blow up on it's own, and nobody will get points.
Getting the Rest of the GRAW Achievements
The remaining achievements in GRAW are really time based, meaning you'll need to play quite a bit to get them. The Master of Ceremonies achievement is awarded for hosting more than 1000 matches, just host when you play and you'll eventually get it.
Solo Champion and Team Champion are awarded for climbing to the top of the team, or universal leader board. Play GRAW ranked matches, and have fun with it and you'll have a chance at these. The same goes for the Heavyweight achievement, once you reach 10,000 kills total in muti-player, you'll own it.
There you have it, all the GRAW achievements on your gamercard.
