Cheat Codes
The following cheats are available for Super Contra on the Xbox 360 video game console.
Super Contra Cheat Mode
Cheat code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A
Notes: This code is entered once you have entered the Arcade Game mode. This codes gives you unlimited lives and an unlimited Super Machinegun. Use of this code disables your ability to earn achievements or post scores to the Xbox Live leaderboards. The code will deactivate when you exit the game, and must be re-entered to use it again.
Achievements
The following achievements can be unlocked in Super Contra on the Xbox 360 video game console. Achievements are unlocked by performing indicated tasks from the list below. Once you have completed the task you will unlock the achievement and any gamerscore points associated with it.
Armory (15 points)
How to unlock: Collect 5 different weapon types.
Elite Soldiers (10 points)
How to unlock: Both players possess a Spread Gun at the same time at some point in the game.
Endurance (10 points)
How to unlock: Both players must complete level 1 without losing lives in an Xbox Live CO-OP game.
Five Levels (30 points)
How to unlock: Complete level 5 in Single Player or Multi-Player mode.
Four Levels (20 points)
How to unlock: Complete level 4 in Single Player mode.
Good Score (10 points)
How to unlock: Reach level 2 with a score of 100,000 or more.
Good Start (10 points)
How to unlock: Complete level 1 in less than 3 minutes.
Master (35 points)
How to unlock: Complete the game using only 1 credit.
Shot Down (15 points)
How to unlock: Destroy the helicopter without dying once.
Team Players (20 points)
How to unlock: Score 300,000 points in an Xbox Live CO-OP game, while still alive.
Three Levels (15 points)
How to unlock: Complete level 3 in Single Player or Multi-Player mode.
Two Levels (10 points)
How to unlock: Complete level 2 while playing an Xbox Live CO-OP game.
