Super Punches:
Press Up , Left , A , Y , R , B (3), White during game play. Punch pedestrians to send them flying further away. However, they can also super punch.
Recruit Anyone Into Your Gang With Guns:
Press Down , X , Up , Black (2), Up , Right (2), Up during game play. Lock on to someone (any pedestrian or even rival gang members) and press Up on the D-pad to recruit them. They can do everything that your Grove Street Family members can do. Note: Each person you recruit will get a 9mm unless they already have a gun.
Recruit Anyone Into Your Gang With Rocket Launchers:
Press Black (3), A , White , L , Black , L , Down , A during game play. Lock on to someone (any pedestrian or even rival gang members) and press Up on the D-pad to recruit them. They can do everything that your Grove Street Family members can do. Note: Each person you recruit will get a rocket launcher unless they already have a gun. Also, you may first need to enable the "Recruit anyone into your gang with guns" code first.
City In Chaos:
Press White , Right , L , Y , Right (2), R , L , Right , L (3) during game play. This produces an effect similar to what happens in the final mission of the game, with rioting and looting and buildings on fire.
Pedestrians Riot:
Press Down , Left , Up , Left , A , Black , R , White , L during game play. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pedestrians Attack With Guns:
Press A , L , Up , X , Down , A , White , Y , Down , R , L (2) during game play. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pedestrians Have Weapons:
Press Black , R , A , Y , A , Y , Up , Down during game play. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Pedestrians Are Elvis:
Press L , B , Y , L (2), X , White , Up , Down , Left during game play. Repeat this code to disable its effect.
Gangs Only:
Press White , Up , R (2), Left , R (2), Black , Right , Down during game play. The streets will be deserted except for gunmen fighting. There are no police, firefighters, paramedics, or regular citizens, and there will be no traffic except in gang territories.
Gangs And Workers:
Press Left , Right (3), Left , A , Down , Up , X , Right during game play. The streets will only have gang members, police, firefighters, paramedics, and shopkeepers.
