First you need to buy about 100-200 quick balls. Then go to a city where you can walk right into the route without going through the building. go to your marking map and keep walking in an out of the city untill your in the same route. throw a quick ball at it when its at full health. but remember to save before you use for 100 balls. if you run out of balls, restart the game and try again!

To get a reggigas you have to get all reggis:Regirock, Regice, and registeel. Next go to snow point temple (after you beat the gym there I think) and then go to the reggigas statue and catch it. But its Lv.1 so bring your weakest pokemon like Lv.1 or 2. and lots of Ultra balls.

first get there HP low then throw a Pokeball then quickly hold A-B till the third roll on the third roll switch to B-Select and hold that till the Pokemon is captured. Trust me I caught a level 49 guy with a pokeball using the trick.

Go to veilstone city and go out the left entrance. There should be two ace trainers. When you use vs. seeker they should battle you and their pokemon should be high 50's and low 60's. The boy has a gardevoir, gliscor,and drifblim. The girl has lickylicky, floatzel(i think), and something else.
