The first time you meet him, take out the green crystals. One show with Meson will take out each, but you'll need to open them with tether after shooting the first one. Then next time you see him, shoot him with Meson directly...

Blasted Stone Angels

Winston and Egon say to use the slime tether, but that takes good aim as they are always moving around. Instead, get a capture stream on them and smash them into the gate. This works just as well. Just keep in mind, there'll be many more comin after you.

Rivers of Slime

In this level it keeps telling me that there is P.K.E. detection but I don't know what to do and cant the gate.(This is in the middle of the semi circle and there's a giant thing in the middle of the room. it's when you walk in and immediately have to kill to dark ghosts.)

To drain the slime in the sewers, find the sewer gate and use the slime tether to tether the weights on either side of the gate to the ground.

Angels in the architecture

When fighting the stone putto (cherubs) in the graveyard while trying to open the gate, you'll notice that Egon and Winston keep telling you to use slime tethering. If you anchor one end of the tether to a cherub and the other to one of the stone faces, you'll disable it when the cherub crashes into it. Do this three times and the gate is opened. Just try not to crash your controller into the TV before then.
